Smoked Salmon Burrito

A HUGE fan favorite and, when we had our stall at Boston Public Market it was our best seller! Try making this at home!

Ingredients

  • Simply smoked salmon filet, flaked up
  • Tortilla (large, burrito size)
  • White rice
  • Green pepper, chopped
  • Yellow onion, chopped
  • Taco (or blackened) seasoning
  • Shredded cheese
  • Lettuce, chopped
  • Cilantro
  • Limes (2), for lime juice
  • Sour Cream
  • Guacamole (optional)

Instructions

Prepare Cilantro-Lime Crema

  • chop the cilantro
  • squeeze 1-2 limes
  • mix in 1 cup of sour cream
  • chill in the refrigerator while you prep your burrito

 

Prepare Seasoned “Dirty” Rice

  • prepare white rice according to package
  • sautรฉ chopped green peppers and chopped onions
  • Add peppers and onions to cooked rice
  • Mix together with taco (or blackened) seasoning

 

Assemble the burrito – layer with rice, smoked salmon, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, and cilantro-lime crema!
