      PLEASE NOTE:

      • Filets are good refrigerated for ~45 days, ~6 months if frozen
      • Pates are good for ~3 weeks if refrigerated, 3 months if frozen
      • Orders placed outside of the Northeast after 1pm on Wednesdays will be typically ship out the following Monday.
      • Deliveries are made Tuesday-Saturday.
      • We recommend you ship to your place of work if nobody will be home at the time of delivery.
      • Some of our products are seasonal. If it is shown here it is in season and currently being produced.
