Salmon Bacon Brussels Sprout Salad with Poppyseed Dressing
Our super fan, Danielle, created this go-to salad. It’s a potluck favorite – perfect as a side dish for dinner or stand alone lunch. It’s the perfect combination of savory (thanks to the delicious Salmon Bacon) and sweet with a crunch!
Ingredients
Brussel sprouts
Craisins
Sliced almonds
Green onion (white and green parts chopped)
Boston Smoked Fish Salmon Bacon (take skin off and skim fat and chop)
Poppyseed Salad Dressing
Instructions
Chop brussel sprouts thinly sliced and place in big salad bowl. Add craisins, sliced almonds, sliced green onions (white and green parts chopped), Boston Smoked Fish Salmon Bacon (take skin off and skim fat and chop), and add Poppyseed salad dressing.
