Smoked Salmon Burrito

A HUGE fan favorite and, when we had our stall at Boston Public Market it was our best seller! Try making this at home!

Ingredients

Simply smoked salmon filet, flaked up
Tortilla (large, burrito size)
White rice
Green pepper, chopped
Yellow onion, chopped
Taco (or blackened) seasoning
Shredded cheese
Lettuce, chopped
Cilantro
Limes (2), for lime juice
Sour Cream
Guacamole (optional)

Instructions

Prepare Cilantro-Lime Crema

chop the cilantro
squeeze 1-2 limes
mix in 1 cup of sour cream
chill in the refrigerator while you prep your burrito

Prepare Seasoned “Dirty” Rice

prepare white rice according to package
sauté chopped green peppers and chopped onions
Add peppers and onions to cooked rice
Mix together with taco (or blackened) seasoning

Assemble the burrito – layer with rice, smoked salmon, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, and cilantro-lime crema!
