Steelhead trout, while similar in appearance to salmon, offers a slightly milder flavor compared to its more mainstream relative. We’ve included a few subtle ingredients such as fresh fennel and fresh dill to create an elegant Smoked Steelhead Pâté. Smoky, creamy, simple.
