Salmon Bacon BLT

Salmon Bacon BLT with Lemon Black Pepper Mayo from Coastal Living Magazine (using our Smoked Salmon Bacon)


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest plus 2 1/2 Tbsp. fresh juice (from 2 lemons)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 8 sourdough bread slices, toasted
  • 8 butter lettuce leaves
  • 12 tomato slices
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 12 ounces Salmon Bacon


Stir together mayonnaise, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture on 1 side of each sourdough slice. Top 4 of the bread slices evenly with lettuce, tomatoes, salt, and salmon. Cover with remaining 4 bread slices, and serve immediately.
